Christmas is over

Well Christmas is over. Take that however you'd like. It has neither a happy tone or sad, it just is a tone. For some I suppose it is the happiest time of the year, for others it's eh. It seems to me I spend so much time preparing for one day. Christmas should be 2 days. While most people were opening gifts on Christmas morning I was wrapping them. Yes I know I waited til the last minute. We didn't even put a tree up. I had no time to do that. Every weekend prior, I had plans. I should have put the tree up on Thanksgiving, or maybe in July. I suppose I've been Grinchish this year. New Year's resolution...... start Christmas in July. Wasn't Jesus born in the summer anyway. Ok I hope everyone likes summer cloths for those cold January days, and July does have awesome bathing suit sales. Bikinis for all!!

  1. It is unfortunate that Christmas has become a hassle to most people. Remember how you used to look forward to Santa and Christmas Morning as a child? Unfortunately, as you get older you experience different hardships and the holidays don't seem the same as they used too. I always look forward to spending time with my family and that is what the holidays mean to me!
