For my consideration

I'm checking into some new spiritual paths. I like the whole Zen thing right now. I've found recently I feel overwhelmed with my day to day routine. How did I get to this point? I'm chill, but I guess not that chill. I think the 3 hours a day commuting without Howard might be part of it (radio broken). I've gone back to my an old method in the car. I'm listening to books on CD. Rediscovering my love for Dr. Wayne Dyer, A Spiritual Solution To Every Problem, oh how I forgot the concept. Simple to the point, easy to apply.
