Hunting age restriction?

This article makes me question who may be out there with a gun, hunting or not. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26171830/?GT1=43001 There should be an age limit for a lot of things. 14 I couldn't even find my way out of a paper bag, never the less shot a gun. Hello people, a 14 year old does not have the maturity to be responsible with a gun.... UGH!!
