My morning starts with the exact routine everyday. Alarm, pee, let the dog out to pee. Unfortunately because I was away for a few days everything is off including me. Alarm, hit snooze, alarm, hit snooze, alarm, pee, let the dog out to pee. Now all done while practicing my mission. Picking up the bath mat I used patience. Closing the opened Trisket box, patience. Waiting for dog to pee, you got it, patience. Changing behavior will take perseverance. Mine not the dogs, he's a lost cause. I've been acting annoyed for a long time and therefore did not realize how much time I was wasting. I still left for work and made it on time. It's all good!
I started practicing my mission yesterday and I was challenged almost immediately. I like Dunkin Donuts coffee but when it gets warm out I like it twice as much and iced. I took a little detour on my way home to get some. I ordered, grab my cup and off to head home. After I jumped in the car all I thought about was the first sip. AHHHHHH.........well low and behold the kid who made my coffee failed to press the top down. It spilled all over me and into the cup holders and all over the floor ect. ect. I was pissed but I did not start hating on the kid. I mopped up what I could while keeping one eye on the road and thought, oh well not for nothing there are like 100 DDs on the way home.
