My morning starts with the exact routine everyday. Alarm, pee, let the dog out to pee. Unfortunately because I was away for a few days everything is off including me. Alarm, hit snooze, alarm, hit snooze, alarm, pee, let the dog out to pee. Now all done while practicing my mission. Picking up the bath mat I used patience. Closing the opened Trisket box, patience. Waiting for dog to pee, you got it, patience. Changing behavior will take perseverance. Mine not the dogs, he's a lost cause. I've been acting annoyed for a long time and therefore did not realize how much time I was wasting. I still left for work and made it on time. It's all good!
I started practicing my mission yesterday and I was challenged almost immediately. I like Dunkin Donuts coffee but when it gets warm out I like it twice as much and iced. I took a little detour on my way home to get some. I ordered, grab my cup and off to head home. After I jumped in the car all I thought about was the first sip. AHHHHHH.........well low and behold the kid who made my coffee failed to press the top down. It spilled all over me and into the cup holders and all over the floor ect. ect. I was pissed but I did not start hating on the kid. I mopped up what I could while keeping one eye on the road and thought, oh well not for nothing there are like 100 DDs on the way home.

You may be right.... I may be crazy.
I started this days ago..... I have to much to write about crazy. It really is 11/24/08
I'll switch subjects.
I used to say a prayer everyday, but lately have let my prayers go by the waste side. I've become a little cynical about faith based organizations. I do not believe conformity is for me. I'm going to try to bring back the faith. Not the kookie stuff, just faith and spirit. I started to make my check list of good. Compassion and understanding, check. Non judgement, oh very hard, I'm a little judgementally sometimes, but only on small stuff, like when people order diet soda and a Double whopper w/ cheese. Otherwise I try not to pay attention to what others do. I leave that for the born agains. They like to watch what everyone else is doing. See, I'm doing it right now. Judgementally. I'll work on that. No check for that one. Belief in a higher power. Check. Prayer, I'll work on that also. So I'll keep you up to speed. This goes in the positivity section. Hopefully this goes better then trying to go green. I only do that 1/4 of the way I planned.

Is the grass greener?
Thought I would give an update on going green. Well let's see.... I'm more aware of what I throw out. The junk mail is never ending. I have to rip up 4 to 6 pieces of credit card approvals a day. No one should ever get that many. How much credit is out there to give? Hmmm wonder why so many are in debt? I'm looking into a way to get that to stop. To much paper.
I love the BeeCeuticals products for the hair and body, I got a few weeks ago. I smell good.
I bring my lunch 4 times a week. Which includes minimal plastic, I use little glass containers instead. And no Styrofoam from take out.
I try to do the speed limit, very hard to do without getting killed. It 's a Jersey thing.
I started reaping the benefits from my garden, peppers and small tomatoes.
My new "green things" I want to try. Making bread, using less paper products and I would like to get some chickens. I know the chickens part, of that sentence, will not fly at my house. Anyway..... I would love fresh eggs everyday. Oh well, not going to happen. The bear might get them, before eggs. Speaking of which.... Joba (my dog) met up with his first bear. It was a good encounter. They saw each other and both knew the other was there, but the bear kept going. I was out there too. Yay for me, I get to join in that fun. Hey, I want to continue living the "boondock" life. I don't really live in the boonies, more like the rural suburbs. I just like using that "boondocks" reference from the other day.
Also I have much to say about the positively negative people, but I'll make today's short. Ignore this section if you are positive. Imagine putting the same effort toward being happy, that is put towards being unhappy, the results may be positive. Orrrrr keep doing it the same way, it works. Right? Getting exactly what is expected out of life. Oh yeah that's sarcasm. I just happened upon a sad little human, all why typing this out. My two cents buys nothing, but I do have this as an outlet. Good for me!

Positive or negative?
No, this is not a pregnancy test. The question, positive or negative person, is it a choice? Which do you choose to be?
I consider myself to be a fairly positive person, but it seems to me a large amount of people choose to be positively negative. Doing what works. Attitude is everything, so pick a good one. -Dr. Wayne Dyer. Thanks to him, I assess myself everyday. Am I being the best me I can be? It is a choice. If misery is the attitude of choice, guess what, that comes back.
In the past I worked with a sad man. He would talk about how it was others that made him miserable. I would point out .....things will work out, if you are positive...his response, "I'm positive, I'm positive it won't work out". It takes persevering and patience to tolerate others. Compassion for others may be obvious to some, but compassion for oneself may be a different story. Some people may not know they are in control of their lives. If there is a difficult time, I look in the easiest place first. Within.... Who knows me better? Control of my life seems better then letting others do it for me. Sooooooo my choice is a positive one. Yay for the positive people, pray for the negative.
